Description

Fir Tree Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage featuring large timber framing with angle braces and painted brick infill. The cottage has a thatched roof and brick stacks. It has a two-unit plan and is one storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range with single-storey wings on both the left and right sides. There is a plank door located to the left of the center, four casement windows on the ground floor, and two dormers in the roof. A 20th-century wing has been added to the rear.
