Description

This is a boundary stone marked with the initials 'T.W.' and dated 1684, located at Barton Fields in Headington. The stone is made of limestone and has a rectangular shape with rounded upper corners and a flat face that faces south. It is situated on the north side of the Bayswater Brook, near Barton Village Road. The only inscription on the stone is 'T.W. / 1684', and there are no markings on the back.
