Description

Nos 1 and 2 Larkins Lane are a pair of 17th–18th century cottages built of rubble, with cellars. They have a stone slate roof to No. 1 and a modern tiled roof to No. 2. A gabled attic dormer remains in No. 2. On the north side, a stone stack projects, and there are four modern red brick chimney shafts, two with moulded stone bases. The windows are modern, with two being 3-light metal casement windows.
