Description

No. 4 Holywell Street is a house dating from the early 18th century, which has been altered over time. It features a narrow, three-storey front that is stuccoed and timber-framed. The second floor has a moulded wood band, and there is a moulded eaves cornice above a small stuccoed parapet. On the ground floor, there is one 18th-century type sash window, and the front doorway is framed with reeded wood and has a bracketed hood. The first floor includes a splayed bay window with 18th-century type sashes, while the second floor has two sash windows set in moulded wood frames. All the listed buildings on the north side of the street form a group.
