Description
99 Holywell Street is a house dating from the early 17th century, which was refashioned in the 18th century. It is two stories high with cellars and features two gables that have modern wooden bargeboards. The roof is covered with modern brown tiles, and the chimney stacks are made of modern red brick. On the east side, there is a stone-based stack with a modern red brick shaft. The west side has two-light casement windows in wooden frames on the first floor and in the attic gables, while the east side has sash windows. The interior includes some reset early 17th-century panelling. All the listed buildings on the south side form a group.
