Description
Sedan Hall is a house located on Merton Street, built in 1699. It is three stories high and constructed from rubble, featuring cellars and an attic. The building has a stone band at the second-floor level, a moulded eaves cornice, and a parapet. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and lead, and it includes dormers. The windows are sash style with glazing bars. The front door is panelled and has a rectangular fanlight above it, along with a small wooden hood. Inside, there is a late 17th-century staircase. Sedan Hall is similar to the adjacent house, No 13, and forms part of a group with Nos 13 to 18.
