Description

This is a row of six houses, numbered 159 to 164 Kingston Road, built between 1870 and 1873 by Clapton Rolfe. The houses are constructed of polychrome brick and are two stories with an attic. They feature bay windows and arched entrances, which are paired, with a central column. The roofs are tiled with gabled dormers and brick stacks. Number 164 is a slightly larger house situated on a corner. The houses are similar in style to numbers 114 to 138 on Kingston Road.
