Description
Nos 15 to 19 on Banbury Road are a pair of houses built around 1855 by Samuel Lipscomb Seckham. They are constructed of stucco and feature decorative bands at the first floor and eaves levels. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of seven bays arranged in a 2:3:2 pattern. The central three bays project slightly and are topped with a pediment, while the ends of the building also have pediments. The ground floor includes arched sash windows with glazing bars, and above, there are plain sashes. The central bay features a tripartite arched window, and the pediment has paired arched windows. There is a panelled door for No 17, and the roof is slate. To the right, there is a two-bay extension with a panelled door and a fanlight above. Nos 7 to 21 on this side of the road form a group with these houses.
