Description
23 South Parade, built in 1824 and originally known as Lark Hill, is a two-storey stuccoed villa. It features a band at the first floor, a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, and stuccoed chimney stacks. The ground floor has two sash windows with shutters, while the first floor has three sash windows. A notable feature is the pedimented porch supported by two columns. On the north side, there is a lantern with sash windows in the roof, and a doorway with a scroll-bracketed pediment situated between two projecting bays on the ground floor.
