Description
Brasenose College's East Range in the Old Quadrangle dates back to 1485. It features a gate-tower that was refaced and altered in the 17th century, later restored by Buckler. Inside, there are 17th-century fittings including panelling, a fireplace, and a ceiling. The range also contains rooms with 17th and 18th-century panelling, a chimney-piece, and a vaulted basement dating from 1663.
