Description

Brasenose College's South Range in the Old Quadrangle dates back to 1485. The Hall was raised and a basement was created in 1680, with panelling added in 1684 by Arthur Frogley. A south bay was added in 1683, followed by a fireplace in 1748, a ceiling in 1754, and paving in 1763. The Common Room above the buttery to the west features 17th-century panelling.
