Description

No. 7 Bear Lane is a house that likely dates from the 17th to 18th century and has been altered since its original construction. It is three stories tall and features roughcast timber framing with a Welsh slate roof and brick stacks. The south front of the building has rubble quoins, and on the ground floor, there are two sash windows with shutters. The first and second floors each have two modern casement windows with three lights. The northern side of the building's west part is constructed of rubble. This property, along with Nos 5 to 7 Bear Lane and Quartermain's Stables, forms a group.
