Description

No. 2 Mill Lane is a building that likely dates back to the early 17th century. It is a single-storey structure made of rubble, topped with a thatched roof that features attic windows. There is a central stack with a moulded stone base and a new red brick chimney. The building has mainly modern 2 and 3-light wood casement windows. On the north gable end, there is a 2-light stone mullioned window in the attic floor, which is partly original. Inside, the building includes a contemporary moulded ceiling beam. Significant alterations were made in 1965.
