Description

Drayton Arch, located approximately 300 meters south of Park Farmhouse, is a folly or eyecatcher built around 1750. It was designed by Sanderson Miller as part of the landscaping for the Wroxton Abbey Estate. The structure is made of squared coursed ironstone and is in the Gothic style. It features two narrow round turrets with loop windows and a "ruined" arch situated between them. The rear of the turrets contains niches and they are embattled.
