Description

Rose Cottage is a small house, likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with extensions added in the late 19th or early 20th century. The exterior features coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels and a Welsh-slate roof, complemented by brick end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan that extends to the rear. It stands two storeys tall and has a three-window front, which includes a central doorway topped with a flat canopy supported by shaped brackets. The windows are large two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
