Description

Housefield Cottage and Little Ockley is a house pair dating from around 1700 or earlier. The building is timber framed and weather-boarded, topped with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high with a half-hipped roof and a central stack. On the first floor, there are four wooden casement windows, while the ground floor features four more, with paired single lights located to the centre right. There are two boarded doors, one to the centre left and another at the end right, both with flat hoods supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot with a stack positioned at the rear left.
