Description

Holly House is a late 18th century house located on Cranbrook Road, Goodhurst. The house is timber-framed with weather boarding over a red brick base, and has a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys with a garret, featuring a moulded eaves cornice and a half-hipped roof. There are chimney stacks at the rear left and right. The regular fenestration includes two two-storey canted bays to the left and right, with glazing bar sashes. A central glazing bar sash window is located on the first floor. The central door is of six panels, set within a pilastered open pedimented surround with a traceried semicircular fanlight. There are also half-hipped two-storey rear wings.
