Description
Lyndhurst is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates back to the 16th century, with 18th-century cladding added later. The building features a timber frame, a red brick ground floor, and a tile-hung first floor, along with a painted brick gable end on the left side. The roof is plain tiled and has a half-hipped return gable on the left, with a large ridge stack positioned off-centre to the right. There are end stacks on the left and one at the rear on the left side. The house is two storeys tall and has an irregular arrangement of four windows on both the first and ground floors. The centre features paired square bays, with a canted bay on the left and a smaller bay on the right. There is a half-glazed door at the right end, which is sheltered by a flat hood, and additional half-glazed doors to the left and right of the second square bay from the left.
