Description

Lilac Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located in Iden Green. The front of the cottage is clad in weatherboarding resting on a brick base, while the sides are tile hung. It features a tiled roof with external brick chimneystacks. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. The first-floor windows are 20th-century metal casements, while the ground floor has early 19th-century 16-pane sash windows. There is also a 20th-century porch.
