Description

This early 18th century cottage row comprises Christmas Cottage and numbers 28 and 30 Brewer Street, Lamberhurst. The buildings are timber framed with weatherboarding on a red brick base in English bond. A red brick and tile-hung rear extension exists. The roof is covered in plain tiles. The arrangement features a moulded stack centrally on the right and an offset, projecting stack at the left end. There are five two-light wooden casement windows on each floor, with an additional single-light window to the left on the ground floor. Boarded doors are positioned to the left and right, with a flat-hooded entrance on brackets and a half-glazed door within a raking 20th century porch in the centre left.
