Description

This small barn, located about 20 metres east of Kirkins Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, resting on a base of rubble and red brick. The barn features a plain tiled roof and is a single-storey hipped building. On the left side, there is a louvred ventilator, and the centre has two doorways, with the right doorway set at a lower level. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
