Description

Dry Hill Farm House and the adjoining cottage date from the 17th century and are located on Shipbourne Road. The building is two storeys high and features two windows. It is clad in white weather-boarding and has a half-hipped tile roof. The windows are sash style with intact glazing bars. A chimney breast is situated on the east side of the house. The house is connected to the cottage on the west by a flying bridge on the first floor.
