Description

The Downman Monument, located 1 metre south of the Frazer Monument at the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin in West Malling, is a chest tomb dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features end pilasters along with a reeded top slab. Two of the end pilasters have been replaced. The inscription on the tomb was illegible at the time of the survey.
