Description

No. 3 Market Street is an early 19th-century corner building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of stock brick. It features an old tiled roof and a stone parapet. The front façade has three sash windows with intact glazing bars. The shopfront is also from the early 19th century and includes a simple round-headed doorcase with a blocked fanlight and a six-panelled door. At the rear, there is a late 18th-century section that is two storeys high and stuccoed, with a tiled roof that has one hipped dormer and two sash windows, also with intact glazing bars. Nos. 1 to 3 Market Street are part of a group of buildings.
