Description

No. 14 Market Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of stock brick with stone coping. The facade features three window spaces, one of which is blank, while the other two contain sash windows with some intact glazing bars. The first floor showcases a three-light canted bay window. On the ground floor, there is an early 19th-century shopfront and a simple doorcase on the right side, which includes a rectangular fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 13 to 20 Market Place and No. 1 Market Street.
