Description
No. 52 is a pair of houses built in the 1830s, constructed from stock brick with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, featuring a parapet at the roof level and triple span with parapet gables on the right side. There is a two-storey and basement canted bay with glazing bar sashes. On the right side, there are two doors, each with six panels, and both have traceried depressed round arched fanlights above them. Above the doors, there are canted oriels with glazing bar sashes. A stone from 1906 on the right side records rights of way. The front elevation includes a simple railed forecourt.
