Description

These are a group of three early 19th-century houses, numbered 10 to 13, located on the east side of Zion Place. The houses are constructed of stock brick, with a prominent cornice and parapet. Each house has two sashes per floor, and some retain original glazing bars. Iron balconies are present on the first floor. Above the first-floor windows, there's an arcaded detail and a string course. The ground floor features curved or canted bay windows. Nos 10 to 13 form a group with Nos 6 to 9.
