Description
Nos. 31 and 29 on Addington Street in Ramsgate are a pair of houses dating from the 1830s, now converted into flats and a shop. The buildings are constructed of stock brick and topped with a slate roof. They rise three storeys high and feature a parapet, with chimney stacks located to the right and at the rear. On the first and second floors, there are two canted bays that include glazing bar sash windows, cornices, and panelled aprons. The ground floor has plate glass shop windows, a fascia with a canopy supported by iron brackets, and a recessed glazed corner door. The left side of the building has blank window spaces. This property is included for its group value.
