Description
64 Grosvenor Place is an early 19th-century building featuring three storeys and a basement, constructed from stock brick with stone coping. The front elevation has two sashes with intact glazing bars. There are area railings present. The doorcase, located on the side elevation, is round-headed and includes a semi-circular fanlight, accessed by two steps. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 48 to 64 (even).
