Description

Lochaber House is an early 19th-century building located on Addington Street. It has three storeys and a basement, constructed from stock brick with a cemented coping. The façade features three sash windows, some of which still have their original glazing bars, and a three-light bay window on the lower two floors. The entrance is marked by a round-headed doorcase that contains a six-panelled door. In front of the house, there are cast iron area railings topped with urn finials, and access is provided by three steps leading to the street. Lochaber House is part of a group that includes the Theatre Royal and the London Tavern.
