Description

38 Stone Street is an 18th-century building that has two storeys and one window. Although it is numbered on Stone Street, its facade actually faces Preston Street. The building is constructed of red brick and features a cornice and parapet. The glazing bar is intact above the ground floor, while there is a modern shop front. On the south side, there is a rusticated segmental-headed doorway. This property projects beyond the east front of No 67 Preston Street and forms a group with that building.
