Description

Saddlers is a house dating from the 15th century, with a cladding update in the 18th century. It features a timber frame that is faced with painted brick and plaster, topped by a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth and a hipped roof with gablets. On the first floor, there are three wooden casement windows, while the ground floor has two casement windows and a central door made up of six raised and fielded panels, which is topped by a rectangular fanlight. The door is flanked by Doric pilasters and has a cornice hood. The right side of the house is tile hung, while the left side displays an exposed timber frame with plaster infill.
