House. Early C19. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with hipped roof and stacks to left and to right. Three glazing bar sashes to each floor, the central ground floor window a corbelled and hipped oriel. Entry in right return front, a panelled door with Ionic pilasters and cornice hood surrounds. Included for group value with Old Gardens.
