Description

Coldstream Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a slated roof. The building stands two storeys high on a brick plinth, featuring a hipped roof with stacks on both the left and right sides. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, with three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The central door is made up of four panels and is topped by a semi-circular traceried fanlight. The cottage is included for its group value.
