Description

Little Oaks is an 18th-century house that was altered in the early 19th century. It features a painted brick exterior and a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a moulded eaves cornice, and chimneys on both the left and right sides, along with two hipped dormers. On the first floor, there are two glazing bar sash windows with moulded surrounds. The ground floor has two margin light French windows, also with deeply moulded surrounds. The central door consists of four panels and is topped by a semi-circular fanlight, all framed by a moulded surround within a half-timbered and half-hipped porch. To the left, there is a two-storey hipped extension that includes a brick and glass conservatory.
