The building is a stables and coachhouse located 20 metres south-west of The Old Vicarage. It dates from the 17th century for the stables and the 18th century for the coachhouse and additional stabling. The structure is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a plain tiled roof and a hipped design. It is a single storey building with the entrance at the rear. Inside, the stables have brick drained floors, loose boxes, and feeding mangers. The roof is constructed with clasped purlins.
