Description

Down Court Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with a brick dentil cornice beneath the hipped roof. On the first floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows, while the ground floor has one glazing bar sash window and one metal casement window. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above it, topped by a flat hood supported by brackets, and accessed by a flight of five steps.
