Description

The Malthouse is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Hole Street in Milstead. It features a chequered pattern of red and blue brick with a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has a hipped roof, with stacks positioned at both the left and right ends. The ends of the facade are slightly recessed. On the first floor, there are four glazing bar sash windows, while the ground floor has five, all of which are topped with painted gauged heads. The entrance is a six-panel door located to the centre right, set within a gabled porch.
