Waterham Farmhouse is a house dating from the 15th and 17th centuries, with extensions from the 19th century. It features a timber frame that is exposed, with plaster infill and tile hanging on the first floor, and part of the building is clad and extended in red brick. The roof is plain tiled. The structure is a hall house with a cross wing and a 19th-century wing at the rear. It has one storey and an attic, with a two-storeyed cross wing. Architectural details include a plinth, a plat band, and a continuous jettied wing to the right supported on dragon posts. The roof is hipped with a projecting returned hip to the right. There is a gabled dormer and a central stack, along with additional stacks to the rear left and rear right. The left side features two wooden casements with mullions and basket arched heads, a central projecting triangular window, and one wooden casement on each floor of the cross wing. Access is provided by a panelled door located in the rear elevation.
