Description

Petham Court Farmhouse is a building with an 18th-century exterior that conceals an older structure. It stands two storeys tall with attics. The ground floor is made of red brick, while the first floor is covered with curved tiles. The roof is hipped and tiled, featuring two hipped dormers. There are three casement windows. A modern addition has been made to the ground floor at the front of the southeast half, and there is a brick chimney breast on the northwest wall. Additionally, there is a later recessed addition on the northwest side. Inside, the farmhouse contains an early 18th-century fireplace.
