First floor stucco with incised lines in imitation of stone courses. Band of lead flashing between stonework on ground floor and stucco above. 3 lattice casements on first floor. Projecting eaves and gutter. Half-hipped ridge tile roof with centre brick stack. Lean-to additions to right and left. Large walled kitchen gardens to rear of house.
