Description
Willy's at Heath is an early 18th-century house that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features four windows. It has a high-pitched, tiled roof with two gabled dormers. The exterior is made of galleted random rubble masonry, accented with red brick dressings and a first-floor band. The left side of the house has a return wall made of squared snecked rubble, which was likely constructed during significant mid-19th century additions to the back of the building. It is believed that around the same time, the house was divided into two separate residences, with a porch and a new door added on the right side, along with a plaque inserted at the centre of the first floor that reads: WILLYS COTTAGES. The house has since been restored to a single residence. The windows include two- and three-light lattice casements, some of which are original and retain their original glass. There is also a 19th-century canted oriel bay on the left side.
