Description

Leigh Club is a building from around 1870 located behind the British Legion Hall on High Street in Leigh. It is constructed of red brick with a pattern of blue headers and features stone dressings. The west part of the building, which faces the road, has a projecting gable and very tall double windows in the Perpendicular style. The Leigh Club, along with the British Legion Hall, the Village Hall, their forecourt walls, Nos 1 and 2 Fleur de Lis Cottages, and the Fleur de Lis Public House, form a cohesive group.
