Description

The forecourt walls in front of the British Legion Hall and Village Hall in Leigh were built around 1870. They are made of ashlar stone and feature sloped coping with roll moulding along the top. The walls step up at the gateways. These walls, along with the British Legion Hall, Leigh Club, Village Hall, Nos 1 and 2 Fleur de Lis Cottages, and the Fleur de Lis Public House, form a cohesive group.
