Description

Highlands Cottage is a house of 17th-century origin, significantly enlarged in the 18th century. It is L-shaped and has two storeys, with weatherboard cladding. The roof is tiled. The windows are mostly modern casements, but the 18th-century front door is distinguished by a flat weather hood supported by brackets, and a five-panelled door with a cut-away and glazed upper panel.
