Description
Park Farmhouse is a 17th-century building of two storeys and an attic, originally with two windows. It has a high-pitched tiled roof with end chimneys and two square dormers. The windows are modern three-light casements. A central replacement door is set under a flat hood. A round window is situated in the centre of the first floor. A three-bay, 18th-century link of one storey and an attic connects the farmhouse to a former barn, now incorporated into the dwelling. The link has a tiled mansard roof with three hipped-gabled dormers. The farmhouse section has roughcast walls and a high-pitched swept tiled roof and has been entirely refenestrated. The barn section reveals very massive tie-beams and posts. In the house section, an inglenook fireplace is present, alongside Jacobean panelling (likely imported) in the hall.
