This is a late 18th or early 19th century house and shop, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is located in Hollingbourne and comprises numbers 57, 59, and 61 Eyhorne Street. The building is constructed of rendered brick, with a rendered plinth, and has a plain tile roof. A plat band runs around the building, and there is a dentilled brick eaves cornice. Brick gable end stacks and a ridge stack are visible.

The fenestration is irregular, with recessed four-pane sashes to numbers 57 and 59, and a 20th century casement to number 61. A five-light shop front extends across numbers 57 and 59, incorporating a half-glazed door at the left end and a panelled door at the right end. Both doors have rectangular fanlights and are flanked by plain pilasters. A flat canopy is supported by decorative iron brackets. A 20th century panelled door is located at number 61.
