Description
Boldrewood Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse built of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring a tile-hung right gable end and a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with gable end stacks. It includes three dormers with plain bargeboards, which are grouped towards the center of the house. On the first floor, there are three small two-light casement windows with two top-lights and rubbed brick voussoirs beneath the dormers. The ground floor has two similar but larger windows. The central entrance features a panelled door set in a panelled recess, flanked by Doric pilasters that support a plain frieze and a broad flat corniced hood. To the right, there is a single-bay, two-storey red brick extension that is slightly later but has similar windows. The interior has not been inspected. The farmhouse is listed for its group value.
