Description

This is a wall located on the south-east side of Eyhorne Street in Hollingbourne, starting about 10 metres west of Cotuams House. It dates from the 18th and 19th centuries and is constructed of red brick in a mixed bond, resting on a stone plinth. The wall is approximately 52 metres long and varies in height, rising from about 2 metres at the south-west end to about 3 metres at the north-east end. It features a shouldered and brick-coped design, except for the 16 metres closest to Cotuams House, and includes one solid buttress.
