Description

This building is an oasthouse, now converted into a house, dating from the 19th century. It is constructed of kiln red and grey brick in Flemish bond, with stowage red and grey brick in English bond on the ground floor, and weatherboarding above. The roofs are covered with plain tiles. The structure is rectangular in shape, featuring two circular kilns on the left gable end and one towards the left end of the rear. It has two storeys, with cogged brick eaves and conical roofs topped with cowls on the kilns. The stowage roof is half-hipped to the right side. There are doors and windows at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
